How to raise a grievance

You can raise a grievance by emailing our dedicated grievance channel. You may choose to identify yourself or submit your concern anonymously.

Anonymous reporting: If you wish to report anonymously through the physical channel, you may submit your written grievance without including your name, contact details or other identifying information. Please provide sufficient details about the concern to enable us to review and, where possible, investigate it appropriately.
