TA Crew: Offer Management
ANDREA REYES
From Hire decision to signed offer, in days.
An APAC employer makes about 100 offers a month across several countries and employment types. Each one needs a compensation workup, the right approval route, a letter from the correct template and a tracked response, and a delay at any step loses candidates to competing offers. Today the routing and letters are manual and the audit trail is spread across email. Andrea carries each recorded Hire decision through to an accepted offer, with every approval logged.

Capabilities
Four steps, every offer.
Opens from a recorded Hire
Starts only from a recorded Hire decision and resolved level, prepares the recruiter's talking points, and collects compensation documents for the Comp Specialist's workup.
Routes the right approval
Sends Standard approval to the hiring manager and TA Lead, or Escalated approval to the Function Head and Finance, with the exception reason attached.
Generates the right letter
Fills the template for the country and employment type, sends only after a recorded TA Lead approval, and starts the five-business-day offer clock.
Tracks the response
Classifies Accept, Negotiate (two rounds at most), Decline or No response, and routes lapses, extensions and competing offers to the TA Lead.

Governance
Andrea never decides hire, level, compensation or approval. Every approval is made by a named person and logged with actor and time.
- Autonomy tier
- Assist. Runs the offer procedure end to end. Hire, level, compensation and approval decisions stay with named people.
- Human Principal
- A named person owns performance and approves scope. Every AI Coworker reports to a human.
- Off limits
- Never sends an offer without a recorded TA Lead approval. Never generates a letter where no matching template exists. Never cites a blocking reason it has not confirmed with a tool call.
- Audit
- Every approval, letter and candidate response logged with actor and time. No letter goes out without an approved workup.

Compensation data stays in your own AWS account, and team memory holds the offer file across the Comp Specialist, approvers and recruiter. Modelled platform cost is about $8.70 per offer.
Deployment
This runs as an OBZ-led engagement in your own AWS account. Each hiring profile uses the same coworker, set up with its own approval thresholds, templates and escalation contacts.
